Beaten with Austra

I know very little about Austra, but I've been listening to her music since I found out she would be opening for Cold Cave (tonight at Urban Lounge, I'm getting ready for the show right now). I also know very little about Cold Cave, but my synthpop intuition tells me I should check them out. It doesn't hurt that Dominic from Prurient (I'm a bit of a noise fan) is part of the project. 

Austra has an incredible voice. That's what you get when an opera singer goes to a punk show and finds herself inspired.
